Returns & Exchanges
Please choose carefully, as all of our prints are custom made-to-order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect decisions. Please ask us any questions prior to placing your order, we are more than happy to help you in choosing the perfect print for your needs.
Giclee Studios take special care in packaging all of our prints in tissue paper, bubble wrap and sending these in a cardboard mailing tube to ensure safe transit from our studio to you, however in the unfortunate circumstance that an item arrives to you damaged or incorrect please notify us immediately with photos of both the packaging and print and once reviewed we will help in arranging a replacement for you.
We will offer a refund or store credit if your print is delivered to you appearing vastly different from how we describe in the listing on our website according to the Australian Consumer & Competition Act requirements.
Please email the relevant photo(s) through to email@example.com immediately after receiving any damaged or incorrect prints so that we are able to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
All returns (due only to damage or incorrect item sent to you) that we have authorised as a return, will have a prepaid returns label sent so the item can be returned back to us.
Please note, if your return does not meet our Returns Policy it shall be returned to you & you will be liable for the return postage cost. This includes any goods returned to us without pre-authorisation and return approval.
Please note: E-Gift cards do not have an expiry date, and are non-refundable once purchased.
