Welcome to the Giclée Studios Website (“Site”). Please review the following basic terms that administer your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the "Agreement"). We have created this Privacy Policy to inform you of the information we collect on the Website, how we use your information and the choices you have about the way your information is collected and used. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. Your use of the Website indicates that you have read and accepted our privacy practices, as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
Privacy Policy
Giclée Studios takes your privacy very seriously. Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number, credit card details and email address will not be released, sold, traded or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Giclée Studios and processing your order.
Giclée Studios does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website. Your credit card details are processed by Stripe Pty Ltd (https://stripe.com/au).
Giclée Studios collects personal information when you shop or register for our Newsletter. When you place an order through Giclée Studios, we will ask for your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and credit card number, this information is used for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order(s) and updating you on the status and shipping progress of your order(s). This may also include infrequent email updates on new products, promotional offers or general Giclée Studios news, which you are able to unsubscribe from at any time.
Shipping Policy
All of our prints are rolled in tissue paper and bubble wrap and packaged in a secure mailing tube to avoid any damage in transit. We proudly use 100% carbon neutral shipping partners to deliver your prints to you wherever you are in the world.
Domestic: Please allow 2-3 days processing time on all orders and up to one week for printing, we aim to have your print to you within two weeks of order placement, but generally we are able to deliver to you faster than this.
We offer a flat rate of $10.00 standard shipping Australia wide.
International: All International orders will be sent by air with tracking, please be aware that there may be some delays due to COVID-19 affecting some deliveries. However, we will keep you updated constantly throughout the delivery process.
We offer a flat rate of $20.00 AUD shipping worldwide.
COVID-19 Delivery Delays: Whilst Giclée Studios endeavours to print and dispatch orders for our customers as soon as possible, there may be some delays with transit during this time which unfortunately are out of our control. At present we haven't' experienced any delays, however, this may change without notice. We will ensure you are kept up to date with your print delivery along with tracking and are always available on email at hello@giclee-studios.com should you ever need to get in contact regarding your order status.
Duties & Taxes: Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. Giclée Studios is unable to advise how much these duties may/will cost, please ensure you aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.
